To provide high-level programmatic advice, support, strategic commissioning, and implementation in relation to reform outlined in Territory and National Strategies including Closing the Gap, Safe and Supported and Generational Strategy. Lead research, analysis and implementation on relevant priorities to inform development of services and supports within Children and Families Programs including family and parenting support, child and youth services, out of home care and transition to independence.
