Assist Aboriginal communities and relevant stakeholders to develop, plan and support the implementation of Aboriginal community-led Child and Family Centres to ensure services are culturally responsive, place-based, build on local leadership and community capacity, informed by strong evidence base aligned with and leveraging broader reform agendas such as Northern Territory Remote Aboriginal Investment and related programs to maximise outcomes for communities.
