As part of the school leadership team, provide innovative instructional leadership in the management, development and delivery of educational programs for students in Secondary years. Support the Principal to deliver the strategic plan of the Department of Education and Training at Maningrida College in the areas of Student Engagement and Wellbeing, Northern Territory Certificate of Education and Training outcomes, Teaching and Learning and Teacher Development. Be a collaborative, active leader in the senior leadership team focusing on school wide improvement and working with all leadership in their areas to embed best-practice consistently across the College
