Description About the Role As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll sit at the heart of the clinic experience. This is a part-time role of 62 hours per fortnight, working Tuesday to Friday , combining administration with hands-on servicing of existing patients throughout their treatment journey. You won’t be conducting initial consultations. Instead, you’ll focus on: Supporting patients at check-ups Taking progress photos Managing follow up appointments Facilitating subsequent treatment enrolments Effective follow-up, strong patient relationships and confident communication Taking accountability for follow-up outcomes, patient engagement and contributing to overall clinic performance This role also carries genuine ownership of the day-to-day clinic experience and outcomes. As your capability grows, you’ll have increasing influence over patient retention, subsequent enrolments and overall clinic performance — with strong performance directly linked to progression and reward.
