An established Australian organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across their business nationally. This is a hands-on role for a proactive recruiter who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes genuine pride in building great hiring experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike. What Your Role Will Look Like: Deliver end-to-end recruitment across blue- and white-collar roles, managing high-volume, niche, and hard-to-fill vacancies while providing an exceptional candidate experience; Design and execute strategic sourcing approaches using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pooling, referrals, market mapping, and direct outreach to build sustainable talent pipelines; Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and influence effective hiring decisions; Support workforce planning and future capability needs through skills gap analysis and data-driven talent insights; Continuously improve recruitment processes, frameworks, tools, and employer brand initiatives, contributing to early talent programs and recruitment projects; and Produce recruitment reporting and manage governance, including ATS data integrity, labour hire agency relationships, and compliance standards. What You Bring: 5–8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition across both blue- and white-collar environments; Experience working in in-house and/or agency recruitment models; Strong capability in high-volume recruitment and niche sourcing; Confident partnering with senior stakeholders; Advanced experience using ATS platforms (e.g. JobAdder, Seek Talent, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.) and sourcing tools; Comfortable producing recruitment dashboards and insights; and Experience contributing to employer brand initiative.
