About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Innovation Manager to lead and deliver the Americas innovation pipeline from Sydney. This role is accountable for shaping, prioritising and executing innovation that drives growth across the US and Canada - two of Vinarchy’s most strategically important markets. This is a senior individual contributor role , benchmarked at Senior Brand Manager (SBM) level, with complexity, autonomy and leadership stretch beyond a traditional Brand Manager remit. While Brand Managers ready to step up may be considered, this role is ideally suited to someone already operating at SBM level or with dedicated innovation experience, seeking deeper ownership and functional stretch within innovation. You’ll partner closely with the Global Innovation Director and lead cross‑functional project teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Technical to bring innovation from concept through to launch and post‑launch optimisation. Key Responsibilities Own and lead the end‑to‑end Americas innovation pipeline, from ideation to launch and post‑launch review Drive complex innovation projects with strong project management discipline, ensuring timelines, milestones and deliverables are met Translate global innovation strategies into market‑relevant solutions for the US & Canada Lead cross‑functional delivery across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Technical and external agencies Develop and manage robust business cases, commercialisation plans and launch readiness Track launch performance, manage learnings and feed insights back into future pipeline decisions Champion Vinarchy’s innovation frameworks and ways of working across regions About You This is a standout move for established marketers (Senior Brand Mnaager level or equivalent) with extensive cross functional project leadership experience keen to pivot into innovation. You’ll bring: 6–10 years’ experience in FMCG or consumer‑led industries, with demonstrated innovation experience (dedicated or embedded within brand roles) Strong project management capability - highly organised, disciplined with timelines, and able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently Proven ability to lead complex initiatives through influence, without direct line management Commercial acumen and experience developing formal business cases with Finance and Sales partners Confidence operating in ambiguity and navigating senior stakeholders across functions and geographies North America market exposure is a plus but not essential; alcohol or wine experience is not required Why Join Us?
