Job Description About the Role We are currently looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team Brisbane Support Office team . As a Graduate Engineer, you will provide engineering and project management support for the tender and delivery of projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with applicable standards, drawings and specifications. Your key responsibilities will include: Estimating project duration and resource requirements. Estimating project costs associated with materials and execution. Reviewing IFC documentation including P&ID and isometric drawings. Identifying potential technical or constructability concerns. Preparing and managing RFI and TQ requests. Developing and optimising project construction schedules. Developing and managing project documentation including MDRs. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Identifying and raising opportunities for continuous improvement in GEC project engineering process and tools. Desired Skills and Experience About You We are really passionate about finding the right person for this role. This is what we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree of Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. 0- 2 years' experience in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. Must have eligible Australian working rights. Must have a current driver’s licence. Strong work ethic with the desire to learn and develop. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
