About the Team As a key member of the Digital Projects Delivery team, working within our team you will have a unique opportunity to apply your business analysis skills not only across a range of digital, clinical and non-clinical projects , which span a range of technologies, but also help shape the future direction of the digital program through your expert contribution towards business case development which will inform future funding decisions. Specifically, in this role you will: Lead, manage and undertake the identification, analysis and documentation of current state and future state business processes and requirements, including identification of business process improvements within a large and complex digital environment. Develop high level documentation, including business cases, that supports funding decisions and the planning and delivery of a robust pipeline of project work. Ensure the delivery of effective business solutions to digital program/projects. About the Role In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include: Lead and manage business analysis activities to anticipate requirements and identify areas of improvement within a large digital project and program environment. Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business operations and workflows to establish a base for developing improved structures, processes and systems. Provide strategic and operational advice regarding project and program direction for business analysis activities including business process modelling, requirements elicitation, data modelling and use case development based on business needs and requirements.
