Job Description We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Executive to join our high‑performing Investment Sales team based in our Melbourne East office. Key Responsibilities Build, strengthen and actively manage relationships with key account clients while maintaining a strong presence across the marketplace. Proactively identify new business opportunities, potential clients and properties suitable for upcoming campaigns. Assess and analyse the sales potential of assets using established valuation methodologies and market research. Drive the pursuit of new appointments, fostering both existing and emerging client relationships with a focus on long‑term revenue generation and repeat business for Colliers. Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end sales and marketing campaigns, including signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, digital content, and site inspections.
