A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE As an Account Manager you will manage key client relationships across your designated portfolio. You are responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving revenue growth. This role requires balancing high-level client engagement while aligning and supporting internal stakeholders to deliver consistent value. Account Management Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Conduct and oversee regular executive business reviews to evaluate performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities. Create strategic Account Plans and roadmaps aligned to client needs and business outcomes Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring resolution and long-term satisfaction. Align cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Marketing, Finance) to deliver solutions that meet client objectives. Performance and Compliance Management Ensure adherence to contractual obligations across your assigned portfolio. Implement and monitor commercial governance frameworks that meet audit standards and drive service excellence. Provide accurate and timely reporting on portfolio performance, contract renewals, risks, and opportunities. Revenue Growth and Sales Drive achievement of revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction goals for assigned portfolio. Oversee identification and execution of upselling and cross-selling opportunities including digital and automation led improvement opportunities. Develop and present strategic proposals, business cases, and support RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, as needed. Collaborate with the sales team to expand client engagement and secure renewals. A BIT ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred). 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales within the BPO industry Demonstrated success in managing strategic client portfolios Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to deliver revenue growth and operational performance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Ability to understand and demonstrate Acquire’s core values and leadership principles and translate those to everyday practices.
