Job Description Our team is looking for an Associate Director to oversee a team to deliver a mix of Commercial / Landlord capital works upgrade projects: • To lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects. - Build upon an already established network in the Landlord / Commercial / REIT client base to identify opportunities as part of their Sector Leadership role and be responsible for leading the team to drive growth and achieving the budgets set • To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards. • Manage all aspects of the project and both the internal team and consultant team to deliver quality outputs on time. • Manage commissions, cashflows, budgets plus assist with resourcing and superintendent recommendations. • Training and development of junior staff (transfer of skills to graduates and assistant PMs).
