Based in Alexandria this opportunity will be a 12-month max term contract. You’ll work with complex lease arrangements, partner with senior stakeholders, support audits, and help drive continuous improvement across accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and review lease accounting under AASB 16 Provide technical accounting advice on leasing transactions Review complex lease agreements and model accounting outcomes Assist in general Assets Accounting BAU work Act as key contact for Ampol Property Trust financial reporting Prepare Property Trust financial statements Partner with external auditors and support Group Reporting activities Drive continuous improvement and build strong stakeholder relationships Qualifications & Experience CA qualified with a degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or Finance 2 years post-qualification experience Strong knowledge of accounting standards, particularly AASB 16 Experience working with auditors Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills Advanced Excel skills (SAP experience desirable) Big 4, ASX-listed or property sector experience highly regarded Our Benefits: We are flexible.
