We are seeking a motivated Exploration Geologist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of exploration programs in line with our broader growth strategy. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Exploration Geologist , you will assist with implementing approved exploration programs, ensuring geological work is undertaken safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard. Key responsibilities include: Uphold company safety, environmental and heritage obligations at all times Supervise drilling programs (DD/RC/AC) and ensure high‑quality logging and sampling Validate data and ensure QA/QC protocols are consistently applied Conduct geological mapping, sampling, and interpretation Generate geological plans, sections and models Coordinate heritage surveys and ensure ongoing compliance Produce technical, weekly, monthly and completion reports About You To be successful, you will have: Essential Bachelor's degree in Geology WA Manual 'C' Class Driver's Licence National Police Clearance Experience with GIS (QGIS/MapInfo) and 3D modelling software (Leapfrog or Micromine) Strong communication, data management and reporting skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team Desirable Senior First Aid 1 year experience in Archaean gold exploration The Westgold Offer A range of benefits including: A permanent full-time position at a successful gold producer Performance based bonus Group salary continuous insurance A health and wellness allowance Health insurance discount A range of Family and Medical leave policies that includes IVF, surrogacy and adoption.
