Sales Support Specialist - Asset Finance Mars Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial services organisation specialising in asset finance to find a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join their collaborative team. This is a permanent opportunity offering hybrid work arrangements, based in a modern Sydney office, and suited to someone with experience in asset finance operations or sales support. Role and Key Responsibilities You'll be the key point of contact supporting internal sales teams, brokers, and vendor partners through the full deal cycle, from application to settlement. This is a critical role supporting business growth through efficient processes, strong stakeholder relationships, and accurate documentation. Support the end-to-end sales process from credit application through to settlement Liaise with internal teams including Credit, Legal, Risk, and Asset Management Ensure accuracy of lease and loan documentation and compliance with credit conditions Provide outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders Maintain accurate and compliant customer setups including AML and UBO requirements Proactively manage pipeline and follow-up on pending deals Drive improvements in process efficiency and service delivery Key Criteria and Experience Proven experience in finance operations or a similar role (asset finance highly regarded) Strong understanding of equipment finance documentation, credit risk, and compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment If this matches your experience, apply or reach out directly to angela.stephan@marsrecruitment.com.au
