Tasks & Responsibilities: Supervise residential garden maintenance operations Perform routine gardening and horticultural duties Manage small teams across scheduled sites Pruning, plant health, soil care, and presentation Client communication and service delivery Site organisation and quality control Basic irrigation maintenance and planting works Skills & Experience: Solid experience in garden maintenance or horticulture Certificate II in Horticulture or higher Supervisory or senior gardening experience Strong plant knowledge High attention to detail Excellent verbal communication skills Benefits & Perks: $70,000 - $80,000 Super Company vehicle (with fuel) & Phone allowance Monday to Friday - No weekends!
