Working directly for this fund manager, seeking a Portfolio Facilities Manager to oversee facilities, compliance, risk and sustainability across a national mixed-use portfolio of retail and commercial assets. Key Responsibilities Own statutory compliance across the portfolio Lead planned and reactive maintenance using FM systems Interpret lease obligations to determine landlord vs tenant responsibilities Provide FM risk advice during property acquisitions and due diligence Manage contractor performance, audits and national service agreements Improve data quality across fire systems, plant and critical compliance registers Mentor, lead and manage the growth of a facilities coordinator. Provide assistance with due diligence on prospective assets. About You 5 years of facilities management experience managing multi-site, mixed-use properties. Strong working knowledge of statutory compliance across different states. Confident in interpreting leases and managing tenant vs landlord costs. Commercially aware and comfortable challenging assumptions. Highly organised and systems-driven.
