Casual Concierge required for Friday and Saturday night shifts Support the team at St Joseph Mews located in Hawthorn Competitive hourly rate casual loading NFP salary packaging benefits About the role The primary role of the Concierge is to assist residents with their day-to-day requests attending to lifestyle and hospitality requests, arranging transport, assisting with medical requirements. You will ensure excellent presentation of the common areas, arranging repairs, maintenance and/or special cleaning. You will also assist with food and beverage service in a variety of settings assisting with in-house functions and events Please note the shifts for this position are Friday 5.00pm – 9.00pm reception 9.00pm - 8.00am sleepover 8.00am – 10.00am reception Saturday. Saturday 6.00pm – 9.00pm reception 9.00pm-8.00am sleepover 8.00am -10.00am reception Sunday About you Experience in a customer service, concierge, or reception role, preferably within a hospitality setting. A positive attitude, friendly personality and excellent communication skills. Food and table service, barista and bar service experience required Requirements Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate First Aid Level 2 Certificate and CPR Why VMCH?
