Job Description YOUR ROLE The People Advisor is a key member of the People Experience (PX) team, providing end-to-end operational and advisory support across the employment lifecycle to People Partners and MACS employees. The role delivers timely, consistent guidance on employment policies, workforce planning and people processes, while supporting compliance obligations and contributing to the continuous improvement of People Experience programs and systems aligned to the MACS People Plan. WHAT YOU WILL DO Provide operational HR support and advice across the employment lifecycle in partnership with People Partners Respond to people-related enquiries and manage PX inboxes with timely, accurate and professional communication Maintain employment records and ensure compliance with policies, industrial instruments and employment legislation Prepare documentation, analysis and insights to support workforce planning, organisational design and strategic initiatives Contribute to continuous improvement of people processes, position descriptions and remuneration benchmarking ABOUT YOU Proven ability to deliver professional People Experience/HR advisory services to a diverse group of key stakeholders, providing the highest standards of quality and customer service Sound judgement and ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters Proficiency in developing and updating position descriptions to align with organisational goals and industry standards Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation, regulations, awards, industrial agreements together with policies and procedures Excellent written communication skills and time management skills Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and to work well within a team HOW TO APPLY Please refer to the position description for further details about the role and the Key Selection Criteria.
