Job Description We’re looking for a warm and approachable team member to help connect people with the support they need. In this client-facing role, you’ll build trusted relationships with older people, their families, and community partners – helping them understand and navigate their Home Care options with confidence. What you’ll be doing: Engaging with potential clients and their families to understand their needs and explain our services in a clear, compassionate way Responding to enquiries and guiding clients through the onboarding process Building relationships with local referrers, health professionals, and community networks Attending (and sometimes helping coordinate) local events to raise awareness of our services Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and great start for every new client Let’s talk about you! Experience in aged care, customer service, healthcare, community services, or a related field A people-person who enjoys meaningful conversations and making others feel at ease Highly organised and proactive – you’ll be managing multiple conversations and follow-ups Comfortable using systems and keeping accurate client records (we use a CRM) An understanding of Home Care would be great, but we’ll support the right person to learn Mandatory Requirement - A current National Police Check (ACIC accredited), stating suitability to work in aged care or with vulnerable persons.
