Job Description As an Rostering/Operations Consultant in our business you will have the important role to: Efficiently respond to inbound calls and emails from our healthcare clients to help fill nursing shifts, ensuring satisfaction and a seamless placement process through effective communication and customer service. Contact our amazing nursing candidates – placing them into these evening/overnight shifts often a short notice Ensure this process follows our required compliance (which we will train you on!) and follows all legal and statutory requirements This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts with varying start times between 5:00am and 9:00am. You’ll join a dedicated team focused on supporting our healthcare clients with their staffing needs. Let's talk about you! You thrive in fast-paced environments, confidently managing phone and email enquiries while remaining calm under pressure. Ideally, you bring experience in healthcare rostering and are driven by a genuine passion for coordinating effective services for both clients and staff.
