With strong foundations and a growing pipeline of work, the business is entering its next phase of expansion and is looking to bring on a skilled Waterproofing Technician who wants to grow with the company. The Opportunity This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced waterproofing professional (or related trade background such as tiling) who takes pride in quality workmanship and compliance. You'll work closely with an experienced operator and play a key role in delivering projects to Australian standards. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Applying waterproofing systems to bathrooms, balconies, rooftops and wet areas Surface preparation, membrane application and sealing Ensuring all work complies with AS 3740 & NCC standards Conducting quality checks and maintaining safety standards Liaising with builders and site managers Maintaining a clean and organised worksite What We're Looking For: Proven experience in waterproofing or related trade or willing to learn Strong understanding of membrane systems and correct application or willing to learn White Card (essential) Valid driver's licence ( essential) Physically fit and reliable Strong attention to detail and safety focus Ability to work independently and as part of a small team What's In It for You: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Super potential overtime Industry Allowance PPE and tools provided or reimbursed Monday-Friday role , early start Genuine opportunity to grow into leadership as the business expands This is not a "just another job" - it's an opportunity to join a growing local business where your contribution will be recognised and valued.
