About the Role Join a well-established developer-builder delivering thoughtfully designed residential community projects across Sydney's north. This opportunity is suited to either an experienced Site Manager ready to take ownership of active builds, or a driven Site Supervisor looking to step into a clear leadership pathway. You'll play a key role in coordinating day-to-day construction activity, managing trades and subcontractors, maintaining safety and ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality expectations. Fluent Mandarin and English communication is a mandatory requirement due to regular interaction with international suppliers and stakeholders. Current live projects are located in Dural and Galston, including early-stage construction with Class 2 buildings and final-stage delivery of purpose-designed seniors living villas. With a secure pipeline of upcoming developments, this is a genuine long-term career opportunity with progression into senior leadership and Project Management. Tasks & Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities across active project sites Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to maintain workflow and programme Monitor WHS compliance, site documentation and safety standards Track construction progress, quality outcomes and reporting requirements Support structural, building and finishing works in line with plans and specifications Lead site personnel and maintain clear communication with stakeholders Opportunities available at both Site Supervisor and Site Manager level depending on experience.
