Hi, I’m Raz (HR Manager at Amart). We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us lift our national hiring game, with a focus on retail leadership roles right across Australia and key recruitment project initiatives. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with our Regional Managers to bring great people into Amart. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment and bring fresh ideas that strengthen our talent pipelines and deliver a standout, professional candidate experience. Why Amart? Here’s a snapshot of the role: End-to-end recruitment including supporting 68 hiring managers across the nation; Active candidate sourcing for critical roles (stores focused); Create tailored job ad content which targets top talent; Develop hiring managers to ensure they select the best candidates; Identify and implement new attraction and retention strategies; Utilise online platforms to drive employer of choice / branding; Ensure Amart is represented and considered externally as an “employer of choice”; and Lead our induction and onboarding program. This role will suit someone who likes pace, ownership and real outcomes: Proven experience recruiting in high-volume or multi-site environments (retail/operations is a plus). Strong sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates. Ability to influence stakeholders and keep hiring moving (without chasing). A sharp eye for process, detail and candidate experience. Comfortable working with data/reporting to prioritise roles and improve outcomes.
