ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the COO and partnering closely with executive leadership, this People & Culture Manager role offers the opportunity to shape how people, leadership and ways of working are experienced across the organisation. You will lead a small team, guide key people initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business. This role suits an experienced People & Culture leader who brings credibility, emotional intelligence and sound judgement, and who can influence outcomes through thoughtful guidance and strong relationships. DUTIES Lead and implement a practical people and culture strategy aligned to organisational priorities Drive cultural improvement initiatives across professional and specialist teams Partner with senior leaders on change management, restructures and workforce planning Manage complex employee relations matters with empathy, confidence and discretion Build people leadership capability across the organisation Lead, coach and develop a People & Culture team of three direct reports Oversee HR operations, compliance, risk and governance activities SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or similar Proven experience in a senior HR or People & Culture leadership role Strong background in employee relations, restructures and organisational change High emotional intelligence with a thoughtful, balanced and pragmatic HR style Experience supporting leaders to become effective people managers Background in not-for-profit, purpose-led or complex environments (advantageous) OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
