About us DHA was established in 1988 following passage of the Defence Housing Australia Act 1987 (DHA Act) to provide adequate and suitable housing for, and housing related services to, members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and their families. We remain committed to our purpose of providing housing, and housing related services, to ADF members and their families to support Defence's operational needs. DHA manages an expanding portfolio of housing solutions and provides housing for over 17,200 ADF members and their families and administers rent allowance for more than 16,000 ADF members and their families in private rental accommodation. DHA provides housing related services advising on eligibility, providing posting support, and managing bookings and allocation services for all DHA provisioned housing and on-base accommodation to approximately 60,000 ADF members. The key duties of the position include About your team The Business Solution and Technology (BS&T) Division provide technology and solutions across business analysis, architecture and integration, software development, software provision and support, data provisioning and reporting, telephony and networks, technical support, infrastructure and cyber security. We partner with the business to deliver a suite of initiatives that provide efficiencies to the broader organisation. About the role As the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, you will apply your enthusiasm for ICT governance to underpin the success of DHA's ICT Modernisation and Improvement (M&I) Program. You will hold accountability for the program's ICT governance processes, policies, templates, and actively work to champion process improvements. As a part of this role, you will also embed a governance culture across DHA's future ICT initiatives, and work in alignment with the corporate PMO. Your contribution will include managing the ICT Program Management Office function, ensuring consistency in project methodologies, tracking portfolio delivery including resource utilisation, contribute to new work prioritisation in collaboration with the Technology Partnership Office, and facilitating M&I Program project board meetings.
