UGL are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team on a 9‑month basis working on a major Oil & Gas project. Commencing ASAP, you will be working a 5/2 roster within Perth CBD, point of hire is Perth, WA. Key Responsibilities: Forecasting training needs and requirements Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure candidate compliance Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines Organise and manage PPE Collect and process weekly timesheets from project staff Raising purchase orders for training bookings Additional TAR‑related responsibilities: Support mobilisation and onboarding activities for TAR personnel (tracking, scheduling, documentation) Maintain and update TAR-specific registers including mobilisation plans, manpower tracking and training matrices Coordinate with procurement and logistics for TAR materials and equipment (receipts, tracking, status updates) Assist with document control for TAR execution plans, procedures and communications Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and follow-up actions for TAR planning sessions Maintain accurate reporting data for weekly progress updates and dashboards Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in a similar Project Admin role Knowledge of compliance needs in the O&G sector Ensure accuracy and timely submission of timesheet data Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online compliance systems (ISN, MyPass) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Additional desirable experience: Experience supporting shutdowns, outages or TAR events (highly desirable) Ability to perform strongly in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments Strong stakeholder management across multiple disciplines What we offer: Ongoing Casual Position Competitive remuneration package Pathways for you to succeed and the space for you to carve your own journey A culture that values diversity and innovation, evolving with market changes and new technologies What makes you right for UGL: Genuine concern for safety Ability to provide a safe, supportive and positive workplace Capacity to flourish in a high‑performance environment An innovative mindset and a willingness to challenge the norm A belief that success and value are driven by real teams where everyone has a role to play About Us: UGL is well-known and respected for providing end-to-end engineering, construction and maintenance services within rail and transport, communications and technology systems, oil and gas, power, renewables and resources, water and defence markets.
