This is a high-level, fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisation, judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence. With significant global engagement and event activity underway, this role will be instrumental in keeping business-as-usual operations running smoothly while coordinating complex, high-profile meetings and stakeholder engagement. Description Key Responsibilities: Complex diary management across multiple time zones Reviewing detailed correspondence and determining priorities Coordinating high-level meetings, including Founder-level engagements Ensuring the right stakeholders are included and fully briefed Organising internal events and team offsites (including catering and logistics) Driving process improvement initiatives, including consolidating trackers and creating streamlined workflows Profile About You: Proven experience supporting senior executives in complex environments Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Confident managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines Strong judgement and ability to work autonomously Comfortable operating in a high-trust, high-accountability role Experienced managing meetings across global time zones Job Offer Temporary position with the opportunity to work with a respected Not For Profit organisation.
