Initial responsibilities typically include: Providing day to day leadership of client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process within those relationships, teaming with Partners and shares responsibility for the success of specific engagements Leading and managing complex programs to ensure on-time delivery that meets agreed upon goals, leveraging Oliver Wyman best practice, their own expertise and the firm’s technical competence Guiding and influencing clients in an informed way across all situations including execution of the commercial process, while becoming trusted advisors. Engaging fully in building business by identifying new and expanded opportunities Creating exciting and additive intellectual capital through thought leadership and being knowledgeable across a broad range of adjacent topics. Preference will be given to candidates who: Have 4 years of experience in strategy and management consulting, business transformation design and delivery, with a strong proportion of that in: Consulting / Professional Services in a top-tier firm The Energy & Resources industry, particularly Mining & Metals and/ or Power, Utilities & Renewables Have strong business and commercial acumen, and exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement and deliver results Ability to structure ambiguity, communicate ideas, strategies and recommendations into clear recommendations Demonstrated capabilities in leadership, mentoring and management of small teams, promoting effective and efficient work environments for team members to thrive.
