In this role, you’ll help shape the next generation of Toyota’s genuine telematics solutions and enhance in‑vehicle connected services across Australia. How you’ll make an impact Support Toyota’s genuine telematics solutions by contributing to both sales and aftersales customer support initiatives. Collaborate across divisions to drive customer retention strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Assist in developing processes and reporting frameworks to increase awareness and drive customer onboarding to Toyota Halo and Toyota Connected Services. Maintain reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely data that supports business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Lead and facilitate cross-divisional working groups to enhance collaboration and optimise service delivery.
