The Role: The Software Dev Lead will be pivotal in driving the end-to-end development of high-quality software solutions. You’ll lead a talented team of engineers, mentor and inspire them, and ensure delivery of robust, efficient, and well-architected software. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Software Engineers, promoting code quality, reuse, and best practices. Oversee full software development lifecycle, from design through delivery and support. Recommend and implement technologies and processes to solve complex problems. Develop and execute testing strategies, with a focus on automation and efficiency. Integrate cyber security principles across development and delivery processes. Lead technical reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Who We’re Looking For: Experienced Software Engineering Leading Tech skills: Java, Wildfly, REST, GraphQL, Typescript, Vue, Docker, AWS, and Terraform. Proven ability to define, refine, and deliver project requirements and specifications. Strong history of collaboration and fostering great ideas. Expertise in process management and delivering software efficiently. Track record of successfully taking products from concept to production and ongoing support.
