Job Description In this role, you’ll ensure operational excellence, optimise business processes, and develop a high-performing team that delivers on client and nurse satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Townsville operations, delivering the division’s budget, driving efficiencies in accommodation and travel bookings, growing the workforce supply chain, and fostering strong client and nurse relationships. In this role, you will: Lead and support a small team to achieve targets. Manage client relationships, service delivery, and operational projects. Act as escalation point for complaints, collaborate with regional leadership, and work independently with self-efficiency. Let’s talk about you You have proven operational leadership experience in recruitment, call centre, or healthcare environments. You’re commercially confident, analytically strong, and experienced in managing teams and workforce planning. You work independently, efficiently, and with a positive, can-do attitude. Exposure to healthcare, nursing, or aged care markets is highly desirable, and you’re comfortable preparing and interpreting reports to drive business decisions. You have a diploma or tertiary qualification in commerce, business, or a related field, strong project management and systems skills, and the ability to motivate teams, drive accountability, and build stakeholder confidence.
