We are urgently looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support their Perth team on-site on a part-time, temporary ongoing basis. Reporting to the Local Territory Manager, you'll provide administrative support to the Sales Team, and be "go-to" support person for the wider team. Y ou are someone who enjoys being the heartbeat of the office - friendly, reliable, motivated, and proactive. You also take pride in being the "go-to" support person for your team. What You'll Do Be the first-point of contact - welcome visitors and support customer interactions and enquiries Assist with weekly sales and planning meetings Maintain accurate customer/vendor data on Salesforce/SAP Assist with coordinating shipments, couriers, events materials Manage office supplies and assist with vendor coordination Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding Support facilities and office requirements What You'll Bring Experience in a Sales Admin/Office Support role (Ideally in a manufacturing/mining/facilities/tech industry) Must have experience with SAP, Salesforce (highly desirable) Strong attention to detail and time management Confident communicator, customer-focused, team-oriented Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently Benefits?
