Play a key role supporting hospitals across the state Lead a small parts store for medical equipment Regular hours Monday - Friday, no shift work Your key responsibilities: Coordinate inventory operations within the Central Store to support BTS activities across multiple sites, ensuring timely and accurate supply of goods. Provide supervision and guidance by allocating tasks, setting priorities, offering feedback, and conducting performance appraisals. Perform regular hands-on tasks including physical picking, stock movement, and shelf maintenance to ensure efficient and accurate supply operations. Role fit The essential requirements for this role are: Demonstrated experience in inventory management and store operations, including ordering, receiving, picking and maintaining accurate records using inventory systems. Proven ability to supervise staff and coordinate daily workflows, including task prioritisation and delegation. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate stock discrepancies and identify supply risks. Why work with us?
