This role plays a critical part in supporting the administration of student assessments, recognition of prior learning (RPL) applications, and course delivery across vocational and higher education programs. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with data and systems, and takes pride in accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities Prepare and administer assessment setup and delivery across Kaplan Professional courses. Verify assessment results, manage subject and course completions, and issue official completion documentation. Guide students through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. Coordinate and facilitate the assessment of RPL applications with the Teaching and Learning team. Provide administrative advice and support to students and internal stakeholders regarding RPL and study pathways. Develop and maintain schedules, online resources and formal documentation for courses. Maintain data integrity across student record management systems and reporting platforms. Contribute to projects, reporting activities and a supportive, compliant workplace aligned to Kaplan policies and standards. Requirements Previous experience in an administrative role within the vocational or tertiary education sector . Working knowledge of Salesforce, Moodle and Turnitin . Strong data management and reporting capability, with intermediate analysis skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience administering subject and course completion processes (desirable). Understanding of compliance requirements within vocational or higher education, and/or exposure to the financial services industry (desirable).
