About your new role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of end-to-end manufacturing operations and lead performance across production, planning, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be instrumental in driving efficiency, quality, and team engagement. You will oversee daily operations, develop strong production teams, and embed best-practice manufacturing processes to support ongoing growth. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing high-performing production teams across all shifts Overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets are consistently met Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing lean manufacturing principles Managing production planning, scheduling, materials flow, and labour resourcing Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to improve productivity and operational performance Managing supplier relationships and coordinating procurement and materials planning Ensuring compliance with OH&S standards and fostering a strong safety culture About you You are a proactive and commercially minded Operations Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and a passion for leading people. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to drive operational excellence.
