Role Overview: As the Concierge Supervisor , you play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the Concierge team, ensuring every guest receives exceptional, personalised service. You will manage and coordinate guest requests, special arrangements, and unique service needs while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency. This role focuses on leading the team, resolving escalated guest issues, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. You will support training, coaching, and performance management, uphold safety and brand standards, and maintain accurate shift records. With strong local knowledge and a commitment to service excellence, you ensure the Concierge department consistently delivers memorable experiences and smooth, well ‑ organised operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily Concierge operations, ensuring all guest enquiries, special requests, and service arrangements are handled efficiently and professionally. Act as the main escalation point for guest issues, ensuring timely follow ‑ up and complete satisfaction. Coordinate communication between departments, process guest calls and messages, and maintain accurate shift logs and records. Support Front Office Leadership with training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management of Concierge and Porter teams. Ensure compliance with safety, security, emergency, and brand standards while maintaining guest privacy and protecting company assets. Foster strong teamwork and positive working relationships across departments, modelling professional conduct and service excellence. Oversee valet and parking operations at a supervisory level, ensuring safety, security, and adherence to procedures. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide accurate information and personalised recommendations. Assist with departmental planning, quality assurance, and operational improvements. Perform additional duties as required by the Chief Concierge or Front Office Leadership.
