What This Role Involves As our Administration Trainee , you will provide essential administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth operation of Centacare NENW’s services. This position is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Business Administration . You’ll be the welcoming face of our Armidale office—assisting clients, visitors and staff with professionalism and warmth as you develop the skills and knowledge needed for a strong admin career. Description What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: Greet clients, families, young people and visitors, supporting a positive and friendly first point of contact. Answer incoming calls, manage enquiries and record accurate messages. Assist clients by providing program information, completing referral steps, or directing them to relevant services. Maintain a clean and organised reception environment. Support data collection requirements across internal and external systems. Handle confidential information with care, security and discretion. Travel to other Centacare offices when required for admin support. Manage site fleet bookings, WHS checks and service scheduling. Provide general administrative support across programs, managers and executives. Complete your Certificate III within the 12‑month traineeship period.
