The Position Working as part of a supportive clinical team, the Registered Nurse will play an important role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. The role will involve a broad range of general practice nursing duties, including: Immunisations and preventative health activities. Wound care and minor procedures. Assisting GPs with clinical procedures. Chronic disease management and care planning support. Health assessments and patient education. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Contributing to a welcoming, professional environment for patients and colleagues. Essential Requirements Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Full working rights in Australia.
