About the role We are looking for a Manager, Mobile Equipment Maintenance to join our Paraburdoo leadership team and lead our mobile equipment maintenance team to success. Reporting to the site General Manager and working in a challenging and exciting environment, you will: Actively foster and communicate a safety and performance driven culture Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, evaluating and implementing improvement opportunities Lead, coach and develop a team of engaged and enabled Maintenance personnel Ensure core asset management processes and practices are being applied Assess and manage risks and assurance activities over asset lifecycle Be appointed as an alternative for Site Senior Executive (SSE) under the WHS (mines) Regulations 2022 with the function as per Schedule 26 Importantly, you'll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across our operational teams and functional support teams while externally, you'll partner with our original equipment manufacturers.
