Description Purpose of role: Blackmores has embarked on strategic business transformation as we introduce new ways working across our ERP and tech. landscape. The ERP Logistics Specialist Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing the initial implementation of SAP S/4HANA with the aim of adopting best practice processes and streamlining operational activities across Blackmores Group Logistics. This position requires a blend of logistics expertise, ERP/SAP proficiency, leadership capabilities, and strategic vision to drive business success. This is a fixed-term role until the end of 2027 based in Melbourne, Victoria. You will need to be able to regularly attend our manufacturing facility in Braeside. What we offer? Act as the primary liaison between warehouse operations, logistics, and technical teams, driving clarity on EWM process design (inbound, outbound, slotting, RF transactions, and integration), managing risks and issues, and ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream functions. Own the end-to-end design of the EWM processes, leading fit-to-standard and gap analysis workshops to define future-state workflows for inbound, outbound, stock movements, slotting, RF transactions, and staging for production within SAP EWM Engage with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand current-state processes, identify pain points, and gather detailed requirements for future-state design. Serve as the primary liaison between the business team and the SAP implementation team. Who are you? Previous experience leading EWM in a greenfield SAP implementation. Strong SAP S/4 and EWM system experience and understanding Strong understanding of logistics processes and principles, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills. Must be able to create and lead an implementation strategy for EWM, manage vendors and influence across the Blackmores business.
