This position plays an integral role in product development; working closely with the Software Engineering teams in an Agile environment to design, deliver, and improve upon Codafication’s product offerings. Your day-to-day duties will include: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into user stories and epics within JIRA, and lead backlog refinement. Producing information design elements e. g. defining project scope, develop ing user stories, user acceptance criteria, creating functional specifications documents , etc. Working with leadership to ensure project plans, resources, timelines, and budgets are aligned with client specifications. Facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical teams throughout the development process. Reporting, analysing, and delivering business insights and metrics to leadership. About you We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our fun, friendly, and collaborative team. As our successful candidate, you will demonstrate: Strong problem solving skills and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Experience collaborating effectively across teams. Strong organisational skills and experience applying business analysis tools and techniques. Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Information Technology sector. Knowledge of the Insurance industry will be advantageous. Understanding of agile methodology and experience applying agile practices. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills; including written and verbal communication.
