We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help define requirements, map processes, and support system integrations as part of legacy processes into modern digital solutions. Role Details: Job Title: Business Analyst Type: Full-Time Hours, 9-Month Day Rate Contract Location: Brisbane (WFH flexibility) What you’ll be doing: Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements for digital system improvements. Map current and future processes, identifying operational, policy, and technical dependencies. Support integration planning across platforms, systems, and workflows. Facilitate workshops, build strong relationships, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders Your experience: 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst; experience in higher education is highly desirable, however candidates from other industries are welcome to apply. Experience translating manual or physical processes (such as identity or access systems) into digital workflows or system solutions. Strong skills in business process modelling, system integrations, and APIs. Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
