Reporting to the ANZ Head of Talent & Development, this role sits at the heart of the talent ecosystem and partners closely with leaders to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes. The opportunity As Senior Inclusion and Belonging Manager, you will set the strategic direction for belonging, inclusion as well as First Nations engagement across Energy & Utilities. You will work with leaders to embed inclusion into leadership priorities, workforce decisions and everyday operations. This is not a standalone specialist role. You will be part of the Talent and Development leadership team, shaping how leaders are developed, culture is strengthened and people thrive across the organisation. Your success will be measured by outcomes, not outputs. What you will do Set and deliver a clear, enterprise ‑ level Inclusion and Belonging strategy aligned to Group priorities and commercial outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing confident, evidence ‑ based advice on cultural risk, opportunity and performance. Provide governance and leadership for RAP commitments, First Nations employment and community partnerships, ensuring culturally safe and sustainable practices. Oversee practical, scalable programs that lift inclusion capability, respectful behaviours and leader confidence across the business. Establish strong governance, metrics and executive reporting that informs decisions and drives accountability. Coach and develop a small, high ‑ impact team, ensuring strong delivery discipline and alignment between strategy and execution. Embed physical, psychological and cultural safety across all initiatives, aligned with Zero Harm principles. What you bring Senior experience leading inclusion, diversity or cultural change in a complex organisation. Proven ability to influence and partner with executive leaders. Experience working with First Nations engagement, governance or partnerships. Strong commercial judgement and systems thinking. The ability to translate strategy into practical, measurable outcomes. A leadership style that is credible, courageous, respectful and inclusive. High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness and integrity. Tertiary qualifications in HR, organisational development, social sciences or a related field are valued, as is advanced development in inclusion, cultural capability or change leadership.
