We are seeking an experienced Residential Manager to provide strong clinical and operational leadership and to guide the home. This role will suit a hands‑on, people‑centred leader who enjoys building trust, developing teams and creating a positive, accountable culture. As Residential Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day leadership and performance of the home, with a strong focus on quality care, compliance, workforce engagement and resident experience. Supported by an on‑site leadership team and broader regional and corporate services, you will be empowered to lead with autonomy while never working in isolation. You will play a key role in embedding best practice, strengthening clinical governance and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families and the Bathurst community.
