We are seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead St Catherine’s into its next chapter. This is an opportunity for a values‑led leader who is motivated by purpose, people, and quality. As Residential Manager, you will have full operational and clinical leadership of the home, supported by a well‑established structure that allows you to focus on what matters most - your people, your residents and the quality of care. You will cultivate a culture where residents feel safe and known, employees feel valued and supported, and continuous improvement is embedded in everyday practice. You will be supported by a dedicated on‑site leadership team including three Care Managers, a Workplace Educator, Administration Manager, and Coordinators across Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, alongside a committed team of nurses and carers. You will also have the backing of a Regional Manager and centralised support from HR, Recruitment, Workforce Rostering and Operational teams.
