This role is ideal for an experienced Senior who enjoys owning their work, managing client relationships, and continuing to deepen their technical expertise - particularly across investment structures and SMSFs - while being supported by a broader specialist team where required. Position Responsibilities Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed accurately and on time Prepare and review Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs Assist with and contribute to tax planning and advisory for investment-focused clients Prepare and review BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG obligations Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive and practical advice Liaise with the ATO and other statutory authorities on behalf of clients Support and mentor junior staff members as required Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and firm events Deliver exceptional service aligned with KellyPartners’ values About You 4 years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting practice CA qualified or near completion Experience working with investment clients and complex structures SMSF experience highly regarded (or willingness to upskill with internal support) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes
