Lead sales, new business development and client engagement. Support key client relationships and oversee customer satisfaction. Identify key areas of business and operational improvement, driving required change Monitor business metrics, budgets and forecasting. Manage team performance and operational workflows. Ensure safety, compliance and quality standards. Establish a strong industry network and increase branch visibility at industry events. What you’ll bring: Minimum 5 years of operations and sales experience, within blue collar labour hire and recruitment or similar Experience managing a team of salespeople, account managers and managing a sales pipeline Strong understanding of key industries and clients within civil, industrial, manufacturing, construction, warehousing Ability to lead through change & influence stakeholders Experience in managing performance and business metrics Strong communication and commercial lens Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities Profit and loss exposure is highly regarded Why Protech?
