Job Description The role: Reporting to our OpEx Data Analyst, you won't just be "entering numbers." You will be the architect of our daily performance visibility. This role is perfect for someone who loves Excel but wants to get out from behind the desk and see how things are actually made. Own the Dashboards: Capture data from our cutting-edge production equipment and "plug and play" into daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Bridge the Gap: Work directly with teams on the floor who are inputting data. You’ll audit the process and find ways to make it faster and more accurate. Drive Automation: Collaborate with our Data Engineer to move away from manual reports and toward automated, high-visibility reporting. Identify Gains: Use your analytical skills to spot trends in labour efficiency and raw material wastage, helping us cut waste and improve yield. About You We are looking for someone with a natural curiosity for how things work and how they can be better. Excel Guru: You are comfortable with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. If you’ve dabbled in Power BI , we definitely want to talk to you. FMCG/Manufacturing Savvy: You understand (or are eager to learn) the pace of a manufacturing environment. Resilient & Detailed: You can handle tight deadlines and are meticulous when it comes to data accuracy. People Person: You can talk to a Warehouse Operator at 6:00 AM and a Senior Stakeholder at noon with the same level of confidence and respect. Why Join Us?
