The Family: A warm, active, and social family based near beautiful Lake Taupō (Tūrangi/Ōmori area) are seeking a nurturing and engaging nanny to care for their 2-year-old daughter. Mum works from home in a separate office on the property, and Dad is self-employed and often off-site. They love the outdoors, travel, exercise, socialising, and making the most of lake life. This is a relaxed, positive household looking for someone who can slot in naturally and become part of their rhythm. Days & Hours: 3–4 days per week Monday–Thursday (flexible on which days) 8:30am – 4:00pm (flexible) Start date: ASAP (flexible) Live-out position A typical day will include: Sole care of their toddler throughout the day Age-appropriate play and learning activities Outdoor adventures (lake walks, parks, bush walks) Swimming lessons (once per week if required) Organising playdates with local toddlers Meal prep General household tidying throughout the day Running small errands if needed Location: Tūrangi / Lake Taupō region The family’s dream nanny: Someone warm, active, friendly, and chatty with a positive energy.
