The Family: A warm and busy family looking for a long-term nanny to become part of their home. They have two children — one in kindy three days per week and a 6-month-old who is just starting solids. Mum works a mixture of from home and from the office, and occasionally travels for work. Flexibility is appreciated, as there may be the occasional earlier start when travel is required. Days & hours: Tuesday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm Long-term position A typical day will include: Full care of the 6-month-old Supporting solids (knowledge and confidence with introducing and preparing solids is highly valued) Bottle feeds, naps and maintaining routine Engaging in age-appropriate play and developmental activities Light child-related household tasks Kindy drop-off/pick-up as required Location: Papamoa Beach The family's dream nanny: Playful, energetic and loves imaginative play Creative and engaging Experienced and confident (experience is key) Warm, reliable and proactive Flexible with occasional earlier starts Qualifications/Requirements: Hold a valid First Aid and CPR Hold a valid Working with Children Check Hold a valid National Police Check A minimum of 3 years experience working with children
